Request deletion without signing in
If you cannot access your account, email us from the address associated with it. Use the subject “Delete my Live Every Day account.” Do not include lab reports, medical records, passwords, or other health details in the email.
Email a deletion requestWe will verify that you control the account before deleting it. We may ask you to complete a secure verification step, but we will not ask you to email your password. After verification, we will complete removal from active systems within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
What is deleted from active systems
Deleting the account removes the active account and associated data, including:
- name, email, profile image, login accounts, sessions, and credentials;
- condition profile, diagnosis details, and onboarding responses;
- questionnaire responses, MPN-10 check-ins, symptom scores, and history;
- lab results, extracted values, import history, corrections, and document metadata;
- vitals, medications, health observations, and saved data-view preferences;
- observation history, Journey milestones, derived evidence and chart snapshots, experience feedback, source links, and observation-linked appointment questions;
- connected health-source records, sync history, and source permissions stored by us;
- circle and care-team people, invitations, permissions, support messages, appointments, and notes associated with your account; and
- other user-owned saved application data.
If you used Sign in with Apple, we attempt to revoke the app’s Apple authorization before removing the local account. You may separately manage Live Every Day’s access in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting Live Every Day does not delete your Apple ID, Google Account, app-store history, or information those providers maintain independently under their policies.
What may remain temporarily or for a limited purpose
| Data | Why it remains | Typical limit |
|---|---|---|
| Encrypted backups | Disaster recovery. Backup data is isolated from normal use and is not restored except for recovery; deletion controls are reapplied after restoration. | Typically overwritten or expired within 30 days. |
| Security and audit records | Access accountability, incident investigation, fraud prevention, and compliance. These records are designed to contain identifiers and event metadata, not health values, uploaded document contents, or message text. | Up to six years, with restricted access. |
| Legal hold or required records | A valid legal obligation, dispute, safety issue, or need to establish or defend legal rights. | Only as long as the applicable requirement lasts. |
| Copies held by people you chose to share with | A recipient may have copied, exported, or independently retained information before access was revoked. | Controlled by the recipient and applicable law. |
We isolate information retained for these limited purposes, restrict access, and do not use it to recreate your account or provide ordinary product features.
Deletion timeline
- In-app or web deletion: active account data is removed immediately after the request succeeds.
- Email request: active account data is removed within 30 days after identity verification.
- Backups: residual copies typically expire within 30 days.
- Audit or legally required records: follow the limited periods described above.
We will notify you if a verified deletion request requires more time because of a legal exception or unusual technical issue.
Delete other data without deleting the account
To remove Apple Health observations without deleting your account, open Manage sources → Apple Health → Delete imported Apple Health data. This stops syncing and removes Apple Health observations from active Live Every Day views without changing data in Apple Health. Dependent observations are withdrawn from active views and their persisted evidence and chart values from that source are redacted.
Where a feature provides edit or remove controls, you may correct or remove individual entries or revoke another person’s access without deleting the full account. For a broader access, correction, export, or targeted deletion request, email info@liveeveryday.health. Some targeted deletions may affect trends, scores, and summaries that depend on the removed data.
