Live Every Day is not medical care
Live Every Day is intended to help people organize, review, visualize, and selectively share health information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, prescribing, disease monitoring by a clinician, or emergency services. Using the Service does not create a doctor-patient, clinician-patient, therapist-patient, pharmacist-patient, or other healthcare professional relationship with The Live Every Day Foundation or its personnel.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, test results, medications, treatment options, and any medical decision. Never ignore or delay professional advice because of something shown by Live Every Day.
Not for emergencies
Live Every Day is not monitored by a medical team and cannot recognize or respond to an emergency. Do not use the Service to seek emergency help.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 in the United States or your local emergency number immediately. If you are considering harming yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service now.
Data and automated features can be wrong
Health data may be incomplete, delayed, entered incorrectly, imported from a device with measurement limitations, or extracted incorrectly from an uploaded document. Reference ranges vary by laboratory and person. Questionnaire scores and trend lines summarize information but do not determine what it means medically.
Automated and artificial-intelligence features may omit, misread, or misstate information. Review every extracted lab value against the source report before saving or sharing it. A result marked “normal,” “high,” “low,” “stable,” or similar in the Service is informational and is not a diagnosis or assurance of safety.
Medications and treatment
Medication lists, schedules, reminders, and related content are organizational tools. Do not start, stop, skip, combine, or change a medication, dose, test, or treatment based on the Service. Confirm instructions with the prescribing clinician or pharmacist. If the Service conflicts with instructions from a healthcare professional, contact the professional for clarification.
Third-party resources
Links to foundations, studies, articles, community resources, clinical instruments, or other third-party materials are provided for convenience and education. A link does not mean that Live Every Day verifies every statement, endorses a specific treatment, or controls the third party. Evaluate medical information with a qualified professional.
