Current support
iPhone app
The iPhone app currently includes:
- screen-reader names, roles, values, and selected states for core controls;
- text alternatives that summarize symptom and health-trend charts;
- system text-size scaling through Dynamic Type for app text;
- text, numbers, shapes, or icons alongside important status colors;
- reduced or removed motion for supported non-essential animations; and
- announcements for important loading, validation, error, and saved states.
Website and web app
The public website and signed-in web app are separate experiences. Their current accessibility foundations include:
- semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and native HTML controls;
- skip links, visible keyboard focus, and keyboard-operable common controls;
- text alternatives or data summaries for important health charts;
- announced form errors, loading states, and save or submission status;
- responsive layouts that support browser zoom and text reflow; and
- reduced non-essential animation when Reduce Motion is enabled.
Live Every Day does not currently offer a dark interface across every platform. Our current experiences do not include audio or video content that requires captions or audio descriptions.
Testing status
Accessibility work is ongoing. Before publishing Accessibility Nutrition Labels in the App Store, we test common tasks end to end on a physical iPhone with VoiceOver, Voice Control, the largest accessibility text sizes, Reduce Motion, Increase Contrast, and Color Filters.
For web releases, we review the public website and signed-in web app with keyboard-only navigation, visible focus, browser zoom and text resizing, responsive reflow, reduced motion, color and contrast checks, and screen-reader spot checks in current browsers.
This page describes functionality in our current experiences; it is not a claim that every screen or every platform conforms fully to a particular accessibility standard. App Store Accessibility Nutrition Labels apply specifically to supported Apple devices.
